CTE EMT Students Train Using Specialized Equipment

Thank you to Frontline Medical Transports for providing the DRHS Career and Technical Education (CTE) EMT Class with a lesson on using the Stryker power-load stretcher.  This specialized stretcher automatically loads patients into an ambulance, helping EMTs save time and provide efficient care.  It will be a vital tool in preparing the students for upcoming clinical at Val Verde Regional Medical Center.  EMT is one of several capstone programs in the CTE Health Science pathway.
