SFDRCISD STRATEGIC PLAN

With high aspirations for empowering the students in our community for success in school and beyond, San Felipe Del Rio CISD began a year-long strategic planning process to set the course for the district's future. San Felipe Del Rio CISD drew on the collective experiences and knowledge of a diverse and representative group of parents, teachers, students and other district stakeholders to complete an in-depth self-examination of our district’s systems and collectively create a strategic plan that will guide the growth of the district in the next three to five years. In June 2022, the board appointed SFDRCISD Strategic Planning Committee convened over several weeks to establish the Core Beliefs, Vision and Mission Statements, and set goals for the Strategic Plan. The San Felipe Del Rio CISD Board of Trustees adopted the 2022-2026 Strategic Plan on June 20, 2022.
