DRFS Thanksgiving Luncheon
DRFS Prin. of Hospitality and Tourism students prepared and cooked 5 turkeys and over 30 lbs. of corn for the Thanksgiving feast. They gained skills in cleaning, drying, and injecting the turkey prior to roasting. DRFS Prin. of Hospitality and Tourism teacher: Joanna Zamora
