Roberto “Bobby” Barrera Elementary students, Hadley Altman, Blake and Logan Binkley, had the distinct honor of raising the U.S. flag this beautiful morning. This is one example of the many actions at RBB Elementary that demonstrate this month’s Del Rio Cares character trait, LOYALTY.
